DH says he's tired of chard and b...Wonderful! <br /><br />DH says he's tired of chard and beet greens. Not sure how, he hasn't had the beet greens but once. I tell him part of gardening is eating what's ready now. <br /><br />This salad, though, sounds like a fantastic way to use both the greens and the glut of eggs we have. Mine has a poached egg instead of boiled and a piece of toast made into croutons. And now I can start adding fava bean leaves.
